Booth Information

Here is the information for booking booths for 2018

Please note: Our policy is to only have 1 type of vendor per product so all applications are reviewed before being accepted. However, by submitting a signed contract to the Yarmouth County Agricultural Society, you agree to the contract terms and conditions if you are accepted.

We have kept our Canada’s 150th special pricing for our commercial spaces inside our Commercial Building!  Our vendor hours are Wednesday – Saturday 1 -10 pm.

Tables

This year we will have tables to rent on a daily or weekly basis. Please note that tables will not have skirting or have back skirting. This is only available for booths.

Daily Rate: $40 Weekly Rate: $100

Included:

  • 1 Table with power access – Additional table $10 daily or $30 weekly.
  • 2 chairs
  • 2 Daily Admissions

Booths

Booths are great if you want your own private area to interact with customers. Booths have skirting on the tables as well as skirting in the back. Priority will be given to weekly booth rentals.

Daily Rate: $75 Weekly Rate: $150

Included:

  • 1 table with power access – 2 tables if double booth
  • 2 chairs
  • 2 Daily Admissions

Note: If you wish to have a Double Booth, the cost is $100 daily or $250 for the week.
